Timark Wines
CABERNET SAUVIGNON / PINOT NOIR / ZINFANDEL
What do you get when you combine passion, friendship, and a healthy dose of joie de vivre? Our wines are like a dream come true. It has always been the dream of our founders, Tim and Mark, to produce extraordinary wines that could rival any import. From Tim and Mark's desire to build and our love of wine, we've created Timark Wines, a boutique vintner showcasing small lots of exceptional wines.
Thanks to the depth and flavor of the fruit we source from superior quality Napa Valley vineyards, we specialize in the limited production of ultra-premium wines that showcase the remarkable quality of the region.
We hope you enjoy our wine as much as we've enjoyed creating it for you.
Cabernet Sauvignon
2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Rutherford
This wine deftly balances robust earthy tones with refined fruity essences. Offering a bouquet of blackcurrant, plum, and a touch of mint, the wine captivates the senses and prepares the palate for an evocative journey. This heavy-bodied red is replete with complexity yet maintains an undeniable approachability making it an enjoyable experience for both novices and connoisseurs alike.
Zinfandel Dry Creek Valley
2017 Micheal Moon Old Vine Zinfandel
Our inaugural release for Zinfandel is sourced from the famous Teldeschi vineyard planted almost 100 years ago. Elegance and balance have become a trademark of the Timark wines, and this is no exception. Medium garnet hue with blackberry and dark cherry notes on the nose. Bold and full bodied with flavors of berry and cherry echoing the nose. Subtle vanilla from French oak aging create a lush and lingering finish. 97% Zinfandel, 3% Petite Syrah.
